Session Business Continues

The Session Business was adjourned on Friday 3 July by Privileged Motion to reconvene on Thursday, 6 August 2026, to continue the business of electing new positions.


The Nominating Committee will continue its work and report back to the Session delegates at a virtual meeting on 6 August, with further information regarding this meeting and it's format to follow.

Travel Expenses

Please submit your travel expenses through the online travel claim form.

Expense Form

On the form select “Session Delegate” under “Type of travel expense claim” and complete all the details accordingly.

Please note that the processing of expenses will take some time, and we kindly ask for your patience while these submissions are reviewed and processed.
